Harvard Expert States "Harris is Mentally Handicapped"

Kamala Harris is truly a glass ceiling breaker. An expert from Harvard University stated today that Harris "is the first retarded Vice President of the United States of America." The basis of the claim was that Harris cannot remember if she is Indian or African American. Her parents are Jamaican and Indian, but she continues to identify being African American. It's uncertain whether she believes she's African American because of retardation, or claims it for political benefit. The Harvard expert added, "It's just like your white schoolmate claiming he's Native American because he's 12% Cherokee."
